All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Sudivya's Collections operates on a prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Sudivya's Collections is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
