RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Sudivya's Collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, incorrect size selection, or refusal to accept delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue
• An unboxing video (recommended)

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

All claims are reviewed individually. Sudivya's Collections reserves the right to approve or reject any claim based on the information provided.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement item instead of a refund. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Sudivya's Collections operates on a prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
